What specifically is the MHSAA supposed to do? The teams who have concerns have to investigate themselves and find proof. I don't see any other way.

That's kinda where in at with it too. But at the same time it's not really fair to put it on school A to police and investigate the actions of school B.

I'm not talking about transferring or "recruiting" I'm talking about kids/families using a cousin or a grandmothers address etc to attend a certain school when they live in a different district.
